Reflection
What did you learn about your country/region of choice through this project? Explain what and how.
I learned that Spain is an extraordinary country, it has amazing food, friendly people and a very beautiful scenery. Spain is known for their music and that is what we chose to do for our project, we built a prototype guitar out of wood cardboard and paper machete, then we painted it black. it was a decent guitar, I think if we would of put more time into it we could have made it a lot better.
What item did you recreate? Why did you choose this item? Are you glad you recreated this item after seeing the final products at exhibition?
the item me and my partners/group chose to remake was the guitar. We chose the guitar because it has a big part in the Spanish culture because it was invented by the Spanish. I am glad we chose this item for our exhibition because it came out to be a pretty good project.
Describe your prototype process. Was this process helpful/successful? Provide 4 (at least) photos of your prototype.
We built our prototype out of cardboard and this process was helpful because we were able to see what problems we might run into when we make the final product.
Based on what you saw at exhibition, which other country would you be interested in learning more about? Explain why.
I would be interested in studying Italy, because they have really interesting monuments in this country.
Do you feel proud of your booth, product, and overall participation at exhibition? Explain why and how. Provide at least 4 photos of your booth and yourself at exhibition.
I am somewhat proud of how our exhibition turned out because the way we had everything laid out looked very eye popping. I feel that the guitar me and my group members made was pretty good considering the time we had to make it. I feel that I participated well because I was there the whole time and I talked to lots of visitors that came to our booth.
How do you think exhibition went?
I think that it went good because there was a lot of people that showed up and they seemed very interested in our project. This was probably the biggest turnout that we have had this year.
